Application

REXON TY-200(12000LPH) Intelligent High Vacuum Turbine Oil Purifier is specially designed for the purification and maintenance of turbine lubricating oils used in Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, and Hydro Turbines, etc.

It can fast remove:
Free water
Emulsified water
Dissolved gases
Particulate contamination
Sludge-forming impurities

 

It is is widely used in Thermal Power Plants, Gas Power Plants, Hydroelectric Power Stations, and Combined Cycle Power Plants, etc. It is suitable for routine oil maintenance, online oil purification, oil dehydration, and continuous filtration applications, helping power plants maintain stable turbine operation, reduce contamination-related issues, and extend the service life of both turbine lubricating oil and equipment. According to the needs of different on-site projects, the following configurations are available to choose from.

Features

● High vacuum dehydration and degasification technology for efficient removal of free water, emulsified water, and dissolved gases. Water removal performance down to less than 50 PPM.
● High-efficiency multi-stage precision filtration system designed for continuous removal of particulate contamination. It achieves up to 99.5% removal efficiency for particles larger than 1 micron, ensuring stable and reliable fluid cleanliness.
● Featuring a dual FH trapezoidal filtration network combined with high-polymer adsorption materials, it delivers superior impurity capture performance, with a β3 ≥ 200 filtration ratio. The treated turbine oil can reach NAS 1638 grade 5 or better, significantly improving operational reliability and equipment protection.
